With the damage brought on by Hurricane Irene, we are strongly recommending to all Bergen County Residents that they have a proper back-up system for their basement sump pumps.  Marine batteries will not give you enough power if the your electricity is out for more than 8 hours and generators generally don't kick on automatically if your not home can fail if you don't have an adequate amount of fuel.  If you are going to spend the money in repairing/ renovating your basement invest in a...(more)
